Evesto is a scale-up based in Arnhem, founded in 2020 and now active in multiple countries within and outside Europe. The team consists of around 30 people.
The growth of electric driving is increasing rapidly worldwide and brings new challenges. Organizations managing large numbers of charging points face fragmented data, limited visibility and complex infrastructure management. Without proper insight, scaling becomes difficult and reliability decreases.
Evesto addresses this by helping organizations gain insight into their charging infrastructure and improve its performance. The software integrates with existing systems and provides clear visibility into usage, performance and reliability of charging points. It also enables organizations to centrally manage, monitor and optimize their charging infrastructure.
In the coming years, the focus is on further expansion in the Benelux and growth towards Southern Europe (Spain, Italy) and parts of Central Europe. You will play a direct role in this by bringing in new customers and strengthening Evesto’s position in the European market.
Role description:
As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing deals. You work with complex B2B software within the energy market, where your focus is on creating opportunities and bringing in new customers.
You join at a scale-up stage where not everything is in place yet. This means you get a high level of responsibility and freedom in how you approach sales. You build your own pipeline, go into the market yourself and make sure you get in front of the right stakeholders.
The sales cycles you work on are content-driven and can range from several months to longer, depending on the customer and scope. Deals range from smaller contracts to six-figure enterprise deals. You work closely with the leadership team and the commercial team, including a business developer in Germany, to position and close deals effectively.

- Contribute to positioning, propositions and go-to-market strategy
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in B2B sales
- Experience with complex software or technical products
- Proven track record in new business and lead generation
- Able to build and manage your own pipeline independently
- Strong in asking the right questions and understanding customer needs
- Bachelor level working and thinking
- Fluent in Dutch and English
What you get:
- Salary up to €6,200 per month based on 40 hours, depending on experience
- Uncapped bonus structure based on performance
- OTE between €100,000 and €120,000
